Help:

• Click the above "Get Support" button.
• A dialogue should pop up asking you to "Download, "Run", "Save", or something simular. Click "Run" or "Save"
• Once the file is done downloading it should run, if you clicked to save you may have to choose "Open">
• If you see a security warning pop-up at any point, click "Allow", "Yes", or "OK".
• Now wait for a Technician to connect with you to get support.
